Refund policy
We offer a 14-day return policy, which allows you to request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging and you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at support@symtarae.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note that items returned without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
